Job Title: Care Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Care Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Hours per Shift: 40.00 Experience: Five years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. License: RN License as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: - Five years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. - Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review, and discharge planning. - Computer literacy. - Associate's Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program. - PRI and Screen certification required within three months of employment. Description: This position requires a minimum of five years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Candidates must have experience in care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning. Strong computer literacy is essential for this role. An Associate's Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited nursing program is required. Candidates must possess an RN License as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. Candidates are required to obtain PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required. This position does not require weekend or holiday work.
