The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community. Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine! Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car Benefits: Option of a traditional 5 day or a 4 Day work week! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday! Summer Fun Fridays! Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day 3 weeks paid vacation 11 Paid holidays (including Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and NY Eve.)
