Job Description:

patient care, seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse II Med/Surg to join
our team on a part-time, night shift basis. This role is ideal for
those who are committed to providing compassionate patient care
while working collaboratively in a dynamic medical-surgical
setting. The position demands a professional who is adept in
managing diverse patient populations with a variety of health
issues. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse medical-surgical
setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications
and monitor patient recovery and progress. Educate patients and
their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures,
and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Adhere to high standards
of professional practice as per hospital policies and maintain
patient confidentiality. Document all patient care services through
electronic medical records. Strong clinical skills with a focus on
medical-surgical care Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proven ability to work effectively in team settings
Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and hospital policies
Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) preferred
