$110,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a passionate and
dynamic Product Development Specialist to join our team in the
manufacturing industry. This role is designed for a highly
motivated and experienced individual who has a strong background in
Product Development and Design, working in the CPG industry. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product
development process, from conception to market launch. You will
have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, pilot testing
innovative products, and conducting research to improve our product
offerings. This is an onsite role, so you will ideally need to be
located within a commutable distance and/or open to relocation. Why

Details Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the entire product
development process, including the initial concept, design, pilot
testing, and final product launch. 2. Conduct comprehensive market
research to understand consumer needs and identify potential
opportunities for new product development. 3. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and
manufacturing, to ensure products are developed to meet business
and customer requirements. 4. Pilot test new products and conduct
quality assurance checks to ensure they meet our high standards and
regulatory requirements. 5. Use your expertise in candy to develop
innovative and exciting products that will delight our customers.
6. Continually evaluate the success of existing products and
develop strategies for improving them based on customer feedback
and market trends. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and
advancements in the manufacturing industry to ensure our products
are always ahead of the curve. 8. Develop and manage the product
development budget and timeline, ensuring projects are delivered on
time and within budget. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Business, or a related field. 2. 3 years of experience
in product development, preferably in consumer goods, food &
beverage, or manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experience in
commercialization, product costing, sourcing, and packaging. 4.
Experience from conceptualization to commercialization for new
product launches. 5. Strong research skills and the ability to
analyze market trends and consumer behavior. 6. Excellent project
management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple
projects simultaneously. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the
ability to think creatively and innovatively. 8. Excellent
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams. 9. Proficiency in using
product development software and tools. 10. A passion for creating
products that delight customers and drive business success.
