Key Responsibilities Conduct high volumes of outbound calls and outreach activities to engage prospective clients. Book qualified new business meetings on behalf of the BDM team with key decision-makers. Source and research new leads, ensuring they meet the target customer profile. Maintain accurate and complete data in the CRM system. Ensure the sales pipeline remains active and well-populated with fresh, high-quality opportunities. Represent Carlton Packaging professionally and effectively in all communications with potential clients. Key Objectives & KPIs 12 qualified sales appointments booked per week 20 new, high-potential leads added to the CRM each week Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM records Contribute to market awareness and lead generation efforts for Carlton Packaging’s solutions Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with senior decision-makers Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in managing activity and follow-ups Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for performance targets Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven sales environment
