Job Description:

seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales &
Business Development team. This role is essential to our mission of
driving client success and expanding our market presence. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong sales acumen and a proven track
record in direct sales within the technology sector. This position
offers the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses,
enabling their growth by providing innovative products and services
that lead to operational efficiencies. Identify and target
potential clients in various industries, delivering customized
sales pitches. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client
relationships to foster repeat business. Meet and exceed sales
targets on a regular and consistent basis. Attend industry events
and tradeshows to network and gather market intelligence.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop
strategies for market penetration. Prepare detailed reports on
sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Provide
post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and deepen
client engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Ability to work
independently as well as part of a team Strong analytical skills to
identify trends and challenges Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud
