Identify and generate new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, networking, and outreach within your assigned territory. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective solutions that align with UniFirst's service offerings. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing businesses. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending new opportunities and service improvements. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to develop insights into sales strategies. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to persuade and influence others. Capability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
