MobilityWorks is seeking a Commercial Sales Administrator/ Inside Sales . We believe in our mission and make every effort to live our core values. What you get to accomplish: Coordinate the delivery date, time, and place of vehicle delivery. Coordination of drivers and store personnel, if necessary. Ensure proper paperwork/invoicing is delivered to the customer including State specific necessary documents. Ensure proper financing is secured and meets what was approved at point of sale and is reflected accurately within the proposal. Coordinate with The Finance Department, store, customer, and dealer. Ensure any aftermarket deals are paid to the stores and are reflected in bottom line gross profit. Complete and coordinate warranty documentation and processes. Ensure customer delivers signed necessary paperwork to the finance company or dealer What you should possess: Salesforce experience helpful High school diploma or GED required. 2-3 years administrative experience in a dealership setting is preferable.
