for a Senior Brand Manager to lead global marketing initiatives for
a flagship brand beloved by generations. This is a unique
opportunity to shape the future of the brand through innovative
marketing, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership. What
You’ll Do Develop and execute a global, consumer-driven marketing
strategy aligned with brand and entertainment goals Build and
manage annual marketing plans, grounded in insights and focused on
long-term brand growth and profitability Partner with Product
Design & Development to create innovative toy lines that support
global retail strategies Lead integrated marketing campaigns across
advertising, PR, digital, and retail to drive awareness and sales
Analyze market trends, category data, and competitive insights to
inform decision-making Serve as the key liaison for licensing
activities, collaborating with both internal teams and external
partners Drive merchandising strategy across global regions to
ensure brand consistency and retail impact Create go-to-market
strategies and toolkits for seamless regional execution What We’re
Looking For 8 years of progressive experience in marketing and
brand/product management Proven success developing integrated,
insight-driven marketing strategies for consumer products Strong
leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing
cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and communication
skills, with a keen understanding of digital and traditional media
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across matrixed
organizations Passion for innovation and a deep curiosity for
consumer behavior and trends Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (MBA
preferred) Strong background in digital marketing, licensing, and
media planning Experience in toy, entertainment, or CPG industries
is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing
