For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.Are you ready to go beyond?As part of the F135 Sustainment Organization executing Performance Based Logistics contracts, the Fleet Readiness Team is responsible for ensuring F-35 fleet supportability of the F135 propulsion system with around the clock support and integration with all disciplines and functions of the value stream.The Repair Integration Analyst will digitally integrate the data from various organizations (Aftermarket Services Engineering (ASE), Eagle Supply (ES), CIPT / CAIPT, Supply Chain, Technical Management) to establish a system that will allow users to quickly understand material supportability posture to highlight and drive corrective action across the program.Key Responsibilities:Repair Integration Analyst Leaders IntentIntegrate key data sources including repair tech data development, repair industrialization, supply chain spares posture, supplier LOBs, limits tasks, and demand forecasts to create hurricane charts and detail parts on pages across the F135 modules at the component level. These analyses provide leadership the ability to assess current state and create mitigations where gaps exist.Leverage current state process to integrate data sources and create "Part on a Page" assessments and "Hurricane Charts" for Power, Fan, Nozzle, Augmenter, 3BSM, and Gearbox modules.Perform analysis on a monthly basis and present to the Repair Integration IPTLead process mapping events and Kaizen bursts to drive future state process with key efficiencies, automation, and centralization of outputIdentify digital opportunities and drive implementation to improve efficiency and enhance the productParticipate in cross program integration meetings to benchmark and share experiences to drive process improvementAdditional Responsibilities:Supports and present in the following forums: Monthly Program Reviews, Depot Working Group (DWG), SUIPT, CSIPT IPT and other meetings.Support Fleet Readiness Asset Management and Fleet Metrics teams as part of overall Fleet Management on data analysis and integration as requiredBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, management, business, finance, or similar discipline is required.A minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering, logistics, management, business, finance, or similar discipline is required.US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.Preferred Qualifications:Self-starting, motivated, able to manage projects in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment through to completionExcellent communications and presentation skills to interface with internal and external program managementProficiency in fleet management processesProgramming experience and familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, MS Access, Sharepoint etc.Raytheon Technologies is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
