For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.Are you ready to go beyond?The Military Spares Analysts are responsible for the management of proposals, orders, and multiple customer agreements supporting F100 and/or TF33 customers.You will be the primary interface with external customers - potentially both domestic and international. The key function in this role is to support aftermarket spare part sales through various SAP transactions and reporting. Strong analytical skills, ability to learn new systems quickly, capability to prioritize daily tasks, and ability to work independently under pressure on multiple projects are all critical to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Interface with internal and external organizations and customers to communicate and prepare for, successful material alignment, strategic material sourcing, material expedite, and compliant international shipmentYou will possess a high-level understanding of customers' critical pacing material, Pratt & Whitney supplier capacity constraintsCommunication and monitoring of material to Pratt & Whitney Supply ChainContinuous schedule alignment of supply and demandManage and optimize customer target rotable material pool that supports maintenance turn-time requirements, while minimizing inventory and meeting depot and field requirementsChallenge target to actual forecast consumption; trending of maintenance scrap rates, audit system generated recommendations and potential forecast changesReview materials corresponding Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN), assign corresponding export licenses, to ensure International Trade ComplianceReporting element that includes, a suite of Business Units reports, both routine and ad-hocDrive continuous improvement across the materials organization utilizing the ACE toolsThis position requires strong communication skills - both written and verbal.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of Business, Supply Chain or Customer Service experience required OR In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of Business, Supply Chain or Customer Service experience is requiredUS Citizenship required due to government contracts.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skillsPrevious SAP and customer service experience desired.Raytheon Technologies is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
