The Pratt & Whitney Engine Leasing (PWEL) Organization has a rare opportunity for an Assistant Fleet Manager. This is a fast-paced position in operations and lease management and requires significant interaction with other operational organizations and with all levels of management.

The ideal candidate is focused on attention to detail, execution, and a desire to learn the Engine leasing business. Successful candidate will be a motivated, curious self-starter and will succeed with limited guidance and direction. You will be engaging with a wide range of unique subject matter experts, solving difficult problems, and bridging customer demand for lease engines. This role gives the candidate a unique opportunity to have regular contact with Pratt & Whitney's Customer Support, Sales, Program Office, and Commercial Engines (CE) teams while operating in a dynamic operational organization. Will report to the Director of Pratt & Whitney Engine Leasing

Key Responsibilities:

* Work alongside each of the Operational Organizations (Maintenance, Technical, Logistics and Commercial) within Pratt & Whitney Engine Leasing ensure smooth execution of the leasing process.

* Work with internal PWEL managers and Customer Field Service. Representatives/Customer Fleet Director's to ensure lease requirements are met to support deployment of Lease Engine assets.

* Key role at PWEL council & Operations meetings as process focal.

* Develop, Gather and analyze key metrics to drive lease process improvements and standard work across the organization.

* Perform back-up function for various roles within PWEL to include allocation, logistics, technical and maintenance managers.

* Gather customer feedback on leasing process and provide guidance and develop dashboards to sustain high performance levels.

* Assist in advancing special projects across each of the Operational Organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience

* US Person Status required due to government contract

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master of Business Administration

* Possess Excellent Judgment and professional maturity

* Strong attention to detail
