Kelly - Professional & Industrial is looking for a Early Career Recruiter - to support a Fortune 50 global aerospace company located in East Hartford, CT. This is a fully remote, work from home -long term temporary opportunity. Sound good? Take a closer look below.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
BA or BS
2+ yrs experience of full-time work in HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications or related field
Strong administrative, organizational and project management and relationship-building skills and the ability to handle a high volume workload in a fast-paced environment (required)
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel (required)
Experience using WorkDay or other large enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oracle/Taleo, iCIMS, SAP, Bullhorn, etc. (strongly preferred)
Experience with virtual recruiting platforms
Familiarity with OFCCP compliance requirements (strongly preferred)
What's a typical day as a Early Career Recruiter? You'll be:
Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of early career professionals for permanent roles across all areas of the organization (i.e. -business, finance, legal, marketing, supply chain, engineering, IT, etc.); this will include a heavy administrative component (tracking and system updates, interview coordination, offer letters, etc.)
Establishing relationships with assigned group of Universities
Participating -in on campus/virtual career fairs and partnering with colleges and universities
Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to open requisitions, develop -effective sourcing strategies, prescreen -and interview prospective candidates, submit -resumes to hiring managers and coordinate -all logistics for interviews, salary negotiations, job offers etc.
Managing the candidate review and selection process to ensure it moves forward in a timely manner
