The work:
The Song Account Lead (SAL) operates at priority designated
accounts responsible for the Song growth agenda and delivery of the
Song book of business. Partners with the Accenture Client Account
Lead (CAL) to develop and lead the end-to-end Customer-related
agenda that will drive sustained growth through greater customer
relevance and competitiveness. The SAL will be responsible for
managing a team of Sales and Delivery team members and will support
the on-the-job career development of their people as well as
leading cross-functional teams on specific projects.
Your role will require you to directly collaborate with the client
to bring ideas and innovation for customer relationships, digital
marketing, ecommerce, and omni-channel solutions. You will also be
accountable for helping to drive innovative ideas with the client
and working with the practice-specific teams to ensure client value
and ability to execute are front and center. The SAL will sell, and
close extension deals that are focused on emerging or niche
capabilities in Accenture Song.
Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities as a Song Account
Leader:
Travel: As required for client support.
Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved
Accenture office

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of
factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific
office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As
required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of
compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado,
New York or Washington as set forth below.

Colorado $131,100 to $261,300
New York $121,400 to $302,400
Washington $139,600 to $278,200
