You'll be responsible for participating in feature definition sessions and implementation decisions that will bring new features to our customers.What you'll do as a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer at Bookkeeper360: Implement new features and technologies alongside the growing engineering team Use Rails 6+ to build, improve and update the Bookkeeper360 App Monitor reliability and performance of relevant systems Write and maintain RSpec tests Proactively identify and participate in improving code and application functionality Help mentor and teach junior team members via strong development practicesHow to be successful in this role: Must be Driven, Accountable, Humble, and Team-Oriented A drive to do better and be better: You're not satisfied with "good enough", and something that needs fixing isn't just someone else's job.
