Seeking an Engineering Intern!
Connecticut Stator Components (CTSC) has an opening for an
Engineering Intern. As the CTSC Engineering Intern, the incumbent
will report directly to the CTRP Engineering Manager and have
project responsibilities for CTRP business unit or at the East
Hartford Repair Operations (EHRO) site level. The successful
candidate will be responsible for completing a project/s that will
help align our tactical and strategic direction of the engineering
department. A project may include, but are not limited to:
* Improving current process of responding to, preparing, and
submitting bid packages. * Develop project management plan and
business case for large machining equipment. * Writing process
plans for new upcoming repairs. * Helping to develop standardized
engineering practices, processes, tools and methods across all
products. * Working projects that lead Continuous Improvement (ACE)
business progress, lean manufacturing, project management, quality
Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?
* Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree
program in an applicable field of study (Mechanical Engineering,
Aerospace Engineering, or a related field) * Have a GPA of 3.0 or
higher * Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card"
