Job Description Job Description Location: Bronxville, NY Work Hours: 12pm - 5pm (M - F) & subject to change during the summer Job Summary: The role of the Onsite Copy Center Associate is one that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an eye for quality. Onsite Copy Center Associate is responsible for handling all aspects of the printing process such as taking orders to operating equipment and ensuring that printed materials meet quality standards. Onsite Copy Center Associate must be able to multitask effectively to handle the volume of work that comes their way daily. Training on basic issues will be provided in the event problems arise. Primary Responsibilities: Assisting the staff with daily copy jobs and have them organized for pick up Do a periodic walk through to check that equipment is functioning. Work closely with the service department for more serious issues on the equipment Job Requirements and Experience: High school diploma and/or equivalent required. Communication skills necessary. Organization and attention to detail is a must Team player mind set required.
