The selected candidate will work closely with attorneys and support staff while gaining hands-on experience in active legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student who is seeking meaningful, long-term employment with a clear path to attorney licensure and advancement. Compensation: $45,000 Responsibilities: Draft and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and trial support Manage case files and deadlines Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Perform legal research and factual investigation as needed Provide general administrative and case management support Qualifications: Current law student (J.D. candidate) in good standing Ability to work full-time during standard business hours (some flexibility with prior notice) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively Interest in long-term employment and growth with the firm About Company Martino Law Group, LLC represents clients throughout Massachusetts in Real Estate, Family Law and Divorce, Personal Injury, Probate, and Estate Planning matters.
