Requirements The Opportunity This role is designed for an experienced family law litigator (ideally, 8 years plus experience) who wants to practice at a high level while regaining control over time, workflow, and professional direction. Handle sophisticated matrimonial and family law matters with meaningful responsibility Operate with autonomy in case strategy and client management Participate in the firm’s long-term planning and growth, without pressure to generate business Build toward a leadership role for attorneys interested in shaping a boutique practice The Ideal Candidate You are an experienced matrimonial and family law attorney with strong litigation instincts and a professional presence that inspires confidence in clients and colleagues alike. You value preparation, strategy, and efficiency, and communicate with your clients so that they understand the big picture and each step of the process. You are looking for a practice environment that supports excellent work without burnout. Qualifications Admitted and in good standing in New York 8 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on matrimonial and family law First-chair experience in hearings and trials preferred Comfortable working directly with clients in emotionally and financially complex matters Interest in long-term growth within a boutique firm environment Benefits This position offers strong earning potential with a sustainable workload.
