Our firm, based in Boston, is dedicated to serving a diverse clientele of closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals. This presents an ideal opportunity to take on a key, hands-on role, working directly with clients, expanding your practice, and handling sophisticated matters within a dynamic practice group. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in probate, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax return preparation, and drafting basic estate planning documents. A strong work ethic, along with excellent practice management and interpersonal skills, is essential. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials and be motivated self-starters with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and collegial environment. While experience in a large firm and/or portable billings are advantageous, they are not mandatory, as we consider all applicants. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week, although we are flexible with this arrangement.
