Details We are seeking an estate planning attorney with 2 years of
experience to join our thriving trusts and estates and business
succession planning practice group. Our firm, based in Boston, is
dedicated to serving a diverse clientele of closely-held businesses
and high net worth individuals. This presents an ideal opportunity
to take on a key, hands-on role, working directly with clients,
expanding your practice, and handling sophisticated matters within
a dynamic practice group. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
proficiency in probate, trust and estate administration, estate and
gift tax return preparation, and drafting basic estate planning
documents. A strong work ethic, along with excellent practice
management and interpersonal skills, is essential. Candidates
should possess outstanding academic credentials and be motivated
self-starters with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and collegial
environment. While experience in a large firm and/or portable
billings are advantageous, they are not mandatory, as we consider
all applicants. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, with the
expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week, although we
are flexible with this arrangement. Candidates with less estate
planning experience but strong backgrounds in business succession,
business law, and business planning are encouraged to apply.
