requirement Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic,
motivated, and experienced Permanent Partner to join our
Environmental Law division. This is an exciting opportunity to join
a well-established and respected team, and play a pivotal role in
shaping the environmental law landscape. The successful candidate
will specialize in hazardous materials, brownfields, litigation,
transactions, corporate, real estate, CWA, RCRA, and CERCLA.
Responsibilities: As a Permanent Partner in our Environmental Law
division, you will: 1. Provide expert advice and counsel on a range
of environmental law issues, including hazardous materials,
brownfields, litigation, transactions, corporate, real estate, CWA,
RCRA, and CERCLA. 2. Represent clients in administrative and
judicial proceedings involving environmental matters. 3. Conduct
and oversee complex environmental due diligence in real estate and
corporate transactions. 4. Develop and implement comprehensive
legal strategies to meet clients' business objectives and manage
environmental risks. 5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships
with clients, colleagues, and regulatory agencies. 6. Contribute to
the firm's thought leadership in environmental law through
publications, presentations, and other professional activities. 7.
Mentor and develop junior attorneys in the practice of
environmental law. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this
role will have: 1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top accredited
law school. 2. Admission to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 3. A
minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in environmental law,
focusing on hazardous materials, brownfields, litigation,
transactions, corporate, real estate, CWA, RCRA, and CERCLA. 4. A
proven track record of successfully representing clients in
environmental matters. 5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills. 6. Exceptional negotiation and advocacy
skills. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client
relationships. 9. A commitment to professional development and
staying current on developments in environmental law. This role
