Responsibilities:
--- Supervision of Support Staff
--- Client Intakes
--- Assemble Demand Packages for Insurance Carriers;
--- Settlement Negotiations
Qualifications:
--- Proficiency in computers is vital
--- Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication
skills are desired
--- State Bar Association membership and state license to practice
law is mandatory
--- A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical
terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical
malpractice is desired
