Job Description:
Liro Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project
Manager, Claims Analyst to join our dynamic team in Syosset, NY. As
a prominent provider of engineering, construction management,
sustainability, and technology solutions, Liro Group plays a
crucial role in enhancing urban infrastructure. In this position,
you will be at the forefront of overseeing claims analysis and
management within various high-profile construction projects,
ensuring optimal performance and strategic dispute resolution.
Conduct detailed analysis of project claims to determine validity
and assess potential risks. Coordinate with project management
teams to develop effective claims prevention and mitigation
strategies. Prepare detailed reports summarizing claims data and
providing recommendations to senior management. Negotiate claims
settlements in a timely and fair manner, adhering to all
contractual and legal requirements. Work closely with legal and
construction teams to gather necessary documentation and evidence
for claim assessment. Provide training and guidance to project
staff on best practices for documentation and claim avoidance.
Monitor project progress and compliance to ensure alignment with
claim management policies and procedures. Strong analytical skills
with the ability to interpret complex contracts and documents.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in
using project management software and tools. Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple
priorities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Certification in Claims Management or equivalent is highly
advantageous.
