highly skilled Network Lifecycle Manager to contribute to our
lifecycle efforts, focusing on the integration and optimization of
our Global Network Platform. This role is crucial in crafting
reliable, scalable, and efficient network automation services to
support our global network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will
have 15 years of leadership experience supporting Network Services
and business office functions for large scale (150 sites)
distributed data networks. Strong experience in wirleline portfolio
management and deployment of new facilities. Must have a
demonstrated background successfully managing large complex budgets
and experience providing financial guidance for network platforms.
You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and
managers responsible for system lifecycle, resiliency managment,
business office, site build services, and wireline portfolio
management for a large data network with 550 sites globally Key
Responsibilities Lead Regional System Lifecycle Management (SLM)
Activities Deliver on priorities by leading planning and execution
of system lifecycle initiatives for a complex data network spanning
over 550 sites. Ensure timely lifecycle replacement and alignment
with enterprise standards. Anticipate obsolescence risks and
proactively recommend technology refresh strategies. Create focus
around lifecycle objectives and consistently align team execution
to shared goals. Drive Capacity Planning and Resiliency Testing
Programs Own the execution of capacity management strategies,
ensuring network scalability and availability. Lead regular
resiliency testing and drive remediation of identified issues.
Strategically adapt approaches based on testing outcomes and new
business requirements. Foster cross-functional partnerships to
align planning with global architectures. Manage Regional Network
Roadmaps and Platform Standards Think strategically to align
regional network initiatives with global architecture and
innovation goals. Collaborate with enterprise architects to
document and evolve standards based on field learnings and
operational metrics coming from the reliability engineering
manager. Technical Business Operations Leadership Manage annual
budgets and 24-month rolling forecasts, ensuring strong financial
discipline and accurate accounting (accruals, depreciation). Work
with other network platform managers, architects and procurement
and finance business partners to deliver commitments through clear
budget ownership and prioritization of critical investments.
Coordinate orders including delivery of new services, issue and
approve POs, and review vendor invoicing while aligning spend to
program milestones. Vendor and Circuit Portfolio Management Oversee
vendor relationships for data circuits and hardware, ensuring
timely service delivery and issue resolution. Drive accountability
through effective contract execution and performance monitoring.
Deliver outcomes by proactively addressing service roadblocks and
aligning vendor efforts to network goals. Lead Site Implementation
& Service Expansion Projects Guide the implementation of new
network sites and platforms, incorporating Agile methodologies.
Enable cross-functional execution by building alignment between
engineering, field teams, and vendors. Inspire collaborative
problem-solving and quick adaptation to shifting deployment
requirements. Team Leadership Manage and develop a high-performing
team of 5 network engineers and regional managers. Inspire others
through transparent communication, coaching, and inclusive
collaboration. Actively build cross-functional and cross-geography
relationships to strengthen team outcomes. Represent network
services to senior stakeholders, ensuring business needs are
translated into actionable plans. Ensures that technology solutions
are delivered for new and enhanced products/services required by
the business, while protecting the integrity of existing
products/services. Stakeholder Leadership Understand customer needs
and goals, current platform capabilities, and future platform
possibilities. Set customer expectations and ensure services
delivered meet or exceed current and future business, customer, and
stakeholder expectations. Manage the expectations of business
owners, customers, and other stakeholders. Change and Communication
Management Lead and communicate network-related change initiatives
with clarity and confidence. Address resistance by providing
context, fostering alignment, and maintaining focus on business
benefits. Support organizational understanding through consistent
information sharing and cross-team education. Key Skills Required
15 years’ continuous experience in global enterprise environments
leading network lifecycle, capacity planning, and resiliency
initiatives. 10 years in budget and forecast ownership, with deep
understanding of accounting principles, including accruals,
depreciation, and capital expense planning. Demonstrated success
managing large-scale network infrastructure programs and service
expansions. Expertise in managing large data circuit portfolios and
vendor operations across multiple geographies. Strong ability to
drive change, remove execution barriers, and maintain focus on
critical initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder
management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven
ability to lead, mentor, and develop geographically distributed
technical teams. Strategy and Technical Asset Management background
Customer and Stakeholder Management background Strategic Investment
and Program Management background Agile, SDLC, and DevOps Tools &
Methodologies (e.g., SAFe, CI/CD, Jira) Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). CCIE (written
accepted) or equivalent experience highly preferred. Advanced
understanding of routing protocols (BGP), cloud networking, SASE,
ZTNA, SDWAN, and enterprise campus connectivity. Experience
developing and managing roadmaps aligned to global SLM and platform
strategies. Agile certification or practical Agile team experience.
Prior experience presenting to and influencing senior business

U.S. Base Salary Range: $137,000.00 - $215,270.00 The estimated
salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The
actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors,
including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the
position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills,
level of education attained, certifications or other professional
licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or
from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
