Responsibilities: As a Lead Software Engineer, you will: 1. Lead a
team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and
mentorship. 2. Design, develop and implement innovative software
solutions, utilizing your skills in ASP, ASP.NET, MVC, AI, ML, C#,
JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SASS, Angular, and React. 3.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and
translate them into functional and efficient software solutions. 4.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of
applications. 5. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. 6.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. 7.
Work in an agile environment, adhering to best practices and
continuously improving processes. 8. Leverage your knowledge of
cloud technologies, particularly Azure, to optimize our software
solutions for the cloud environment. 9. Stay up-to-date with the
latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always at
the forefront of the energy industry. Qualifications: To be
considered for this role, you must have: 1. A bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field. 2.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a
focus on web solutions. 3. Proficiency in ASP, ASP.NET, MVC, AI,
ML, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SASS, Angular, and
React. 4. Experience leading a team of software engineers. 5.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, with Azure certification
being a plus. 6. Experience with Agile methodology, with Agile
certification being a plus. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and
a passion for innovation. 8. Strong communication and collaboration
skills. 9. Experience with Azure DevOps will be highly regarded.
