supports all Point72 groups globally with practical advice on a
variety of complex legal and regulatory matters in an
ever-changing, dynamic environment. What you’ll do Help design
executive compensation frameworks that support the firm’s ability
to attract and retain top leadership talent Draft and advise on
executive compensation matters including but not limited to
employment agreements and offer letters for investment
professionals and senior management, long-term incentive
compensation, and deferred compensation Assist with non-compete
structure and documentation Monitor and advise on evolving legal,
tax, and regulatory developments affecting executive compensation.
Translate complex legal issues into practical guidance for business
leaders across Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams What’s
required J.D. degree from an accredited law school, and membership
in at least one state bar 7 years of experience in executive
compensation, with experience in the financial services industry
Capacity to multitask, effectively prioritize, and stay organized
in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to operate
autonomously and see projects and activities through to completion,
escalating issues as deemed necessary Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills Superb attention to detail and the tenacity to
produce meticulous work product Relevant tax expertise in the

range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 (USD) , which does not
include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive
benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful
candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic
location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among
