Job Description:

Andy Frain Services is seeking dedicated Aviation Worker Screeners to join our team, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and travelers at the airport. This role is crucial in maintaining our stringent standards of security operations, tailored to meet the unique demands of the aviation sector. Screeners will conduct thorough screenings of airline employees, enforce access control measures, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. Conduct comprehensive screenings of airline employees entering restricted areas Operate various screening equipment and technology in accordance with TSA guidelines Maintain logs and reports of security checks as per federal and airport regulations Monitor CCTV and access control systems to prevent unauthorized access Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as necessary Participate in regular security audits to ensure compliance with current security practices Proficiency in operating screening technologies and software Strong observational skills to detect potential security threats Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess or be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Completion of a TSA-approved security training program preferred
