Manage and oversee a full-cycle recruiting desk servicing contract and contract to hire needs on a national basis while meeting monthly quotas and yearly sales goals.
Recruit, interview, match and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and negotiate all fee agreements, service guarantees and bill rates for open requisitions.
Research market trends, cold call potential clients and develop existing client accounts on both a local and national level.
Utilize internal ATS system and multiple recruitment search tools on a daily basis to maintain candidate pipeline for various disciplines.
Serve as the liaison between client and candidate to coordinate onsite interviews, negotiate compensation and extend formal offers of employment on a contract basis.
Develo p and mainta in strong partnerships with hiring managers by consistently supplying the talent they are seeking within the allotted time frame.
Perform extensive research on behalf of both client and candidates regarding market metrics, talent acquisition barriers and industry trends.
Consistently communicate with candidates to ensure that all needs are being met during the transition process.
