as many as 50-70 calls per day from customers who have questions
about their health benefits. As their advocate, you'll use your
personality and our tools to help them through the health care
benefits available to them, including helping them enroll in a new

This position is full-time. Employees are required to have
flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules (8 -- hour
shift with 30-minute lunch) during our normal business hours of
7:55am - 7:00pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need,
to work occasional overtime.
We offer 3-4 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will
be 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, Monday - Friday. Times are subject to
change.--Training will be conducted virtually from your home.
*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth
Group's Telecommuter Policy.

The salary range for Connecticut / New Jersey / New York / Rhode
Island residents is $16.00 - $27.31. Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
