Job Description:

Room (OR). In this role, you'll provide top-quality patient care in
a technologically advanced environment, working alongside surgeons
and other medical professionals to assist in surgeries and related
procedures. This position offers the opportunity to be at the
forefront of medical procedures impacting patient outcomes. Assist
in the preparation of the operating room and patients for surgery
Implement nursing care plans and provide top-quality care in
surgical settings Operate medical equipment, monitor patient
vitals, and assist surgeons during operations Ensure the sterile
and safe environment of the OR Maintain records of patient care,
condition, progress, and concerns Educate patients and their
families on surgical procedures and post-operative care Participate
in continuous education to enhance skills and knowledge Strong
clinical skills with a focus on surgical nursing Ability to operate
OR-specific equipment safely and efficiently Excellent teamwork
skills to collaborate with large medical teams Effective
communication skills, both verbal and written Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current RN license
in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) credential is an advantage
