licensed Therapists along with psychiatric providers and an

mental health care field. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and
mentor a diverse team of therapists, front office staff, and
interventional personnel. Lead clinic decision-making, supervise
both clinical and administrative operations, and ensure regulatory
compliance. Manage clinic productivity and performance using
data-driven strategies. Uphold compliance with relevant laws and
regulations. Support front office/customer service teams and
oversee staff onboarding. Collaborate to improve work environment,
reduce clinician burnout, and conduct performance reviews. Manage a
therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable. Coordinate
day-to-day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership
with clinic management. Qualifications: A Master's degree or higher
in a relevant field. An independent clinical license, if
applicable. Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical
supervision. Management experience with data-driven decision-making
skills. Knowledge of mental health regulations, electronic medical
records, medical terminology, and pharmacology. Excellent
communication skills, teamwork ability, and a commitment to
excellence in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with current

Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000. Actual
compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven
enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices
and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned
