What You’ll Do As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician , you’ll work in a hospital-based pharmacy setting, blending the pace of retail with the purpose of specialty care. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently Providing exceptional service at the pick-up counter Answering patient calls and assisting with medication-related questions Supporting pharmacy operations using systems like Epic and Willow Ambulatory Collaborating with a team that values empathy, communication, and excellence Why Join Shields?
