A Registered Nurse ( RN) provides patient care, supports doctors,
and helps manage treatment plans in hospitals, clinics, and other
healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor
patients’ health conditions Record medical histories and symptoms
Administer medications and treatments Assist in diagnostic tests
and analyze results Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams
Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans
Maintain accurate patient records Respond to emergencies and
provide first aid or critical care Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards Requirements & Qualifications
Education Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (
BSc Nursing) ( often preferred) Licensure Must be a Registered
Nurse ( RN) with a valid nursing license In India: Registration
with the State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council Skills
Strong clinical and patient care skills Good communication and
