Job Description:

a Per DIEM RN for our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This role
requires a compassionate RN committed to delivering high-quality
care to children in critical conditions. Our innovative facility

pediatric health and continuous learning. Provide comprehensive
nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients. Monitor patient
conditions and report changes to appropriate personnel. Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated and
comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and health maintenance. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed. Maintain patient records with accuracy
according to hospital policy. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High
level of empathy and patience. Ability to handle high stress
environments. Proficient in pediatric emergency care. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
BLS/ACLS certified. PALS Certification.
