Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available in Worcester, MA, for an Occupational
Therapist skilled in school-based services, specifically catering
to K-8 students. This position is designed to cover a maternity
leave from September 15, 2025, through March 9, 2026. Key
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive occupational therapy
services to students in grades K-8. Collaborate with educators and
support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment
plans. Conduct assessments and document student progress in
accordance with school guidelines. Support students in developing
skills necessary for academic success and daily school activities.
Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational
Therapist with experience in school-based occupational therapy.
Familiarity working with children across the K-8 age range. Strong
skills in assessing and implementing therapy plans tailored to
educational settings. Ability to communicate effectively with
educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Location: This
role is based in Worcester, MA, within a supportive school
