At The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center, we are committed to the personalized recovery and wellness of each patient. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors, playing a crucial role in our team by addressing the health needs of our patients, administering medications, and contributing to treatment plans. Monitor and record patients' condition and document provided care services. Treat patients and provide necessary medical care as prescribed. Assist with patient mobility and physical therapies. Administer medications and injections as prescribed. Communicate with registered nurses and doctors about any changes or concerns regarding a patient’s condition. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans. Medication management Patient care Communication Flexibility Critical thinking Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
