Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Located in
Providence, RI, this travel position offers an excellent
opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide comprehensive services within a school setting. The role
spans elementary, middle, and high school age groups, delivering
direct speech-language services, conducting evaluations, and
developing goals for students Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs). This assignment runs ASAP through July 2026. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct speech therapy services to
students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Conduct
thorough speech-language evaluations and progress monitoring.
Develop, implement, and present individualized goals and objectives
as part of IEPs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to support student communication needs.
Qualifications: Certified by RIDE as a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) with Rhode Island Health License. Experience across various
settings including schools, healthcare, pediatrics, and teletherapy
is highly valued. Familiarity with the full continuum from Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) to Certified SLP (CCC) status. Strong
communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage
diverse caseloads. Schedule: Monday and Thursday: 7:45 AM 3:15 PM
Tuesday and Wednesday: 7:45 AM 4:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM 3:00 PM
