SLP to support children and young adults on the autism spectrum in

package What You’ll Do on Our Team: Evaluate speech and language
skills using formal and informal assessments Develop and implement
IEP speech and language components , including strengths, needs,
and measurable goals Design individualized communication programs ,
implementation plans, and data collection systems Monitor progress
and prepare weekly and quarterly reports Collaborate closely with
teachers, families, and related service providers Train and support
classroom staff and Speech & Language liaisons Develop and maintain
AAC materials and assist with obtaining funding for
speech?generating devices Participate in staff meetings, center
events, and ongoing professional development What We’re Looking
For: Master’s degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language
Pathology, or related field ASHA Certification Rhode Island
Department of Education certification in Speech and Language
Therapy 1–2 years of experience (or internship) working with
individuals with developmental disabilities AAC experience strongly
preferred Team-oriented, flexible, and passionate about
student-centered care Who You’ll Support Students ages 3–21 with
developmental disabilities and complex communication needs
Implementation of behavioral and communication interventions in a
school-based setting in Providence Rhode Island (Near Hope St. and
Brown) Occasional physical demands may include lifting,
transporting, and assisting during behavioral interventions;
