Sign on Bonus The Teresian House is currently hiring RN
Supervisors. Full Time Evenings (2:45p-11:15p) and Full-time Night
shift (10:45p-7:15a)! Role Responsibilities: Oversee all nursing
concerns including assessments of resident concerns. Use 24-hour
Condition Sheets as minimum information makes rounds on each floor
to ascertain condition of residents, oversee nursing care and
identify problems. Analyze workload for the shift, prioritizes and
divides tasks equitably and fairly between shift supervisors. Be a
support to staff to maintain and provide care based on NYS
Regulatory Guidelines. Qualifications: Graduate of a State approved
school of nursing. Possess current license as Registered Nurse in
New York State. At least one year's experience in Long Term Care
supervisory capacity. Must have demonstrated administrative ability
to deal with required nursing functions. Must be able to
communicate verbal and written instructions to all levels of staff.
Genuine interest in the care of geriatric residents Willingness to
perform any and all nursing duties to support Teresian House
Residents Possess CPR certification (preferred). Will train if
