hiring managers To be considered, werequire: Master's degree in
social work, psychology, mental healthcounselingor related clinical
field. Must have LMHC withthree(3)years' experience post licensure;
or an LICSW. Requires two (2)years ofrelated experience in mental
health and substance use settings with a minimum of one (1) year of
substance use disorder experience. Postmaster's experience
preferred. Requiresprevioussupervisory experience of staff. The
successful candidate will have a solid clinical knowledge base of
theoretical approaches and interventions to meet the needs of
patients diagnosed withsubstance use disorder. Must have
someproficiencyinmotivationalinterviewing,cognitivebehavioraltherapyor
other specialized treatment approaches. Requires excellent
organization, time management, communication,leadershipand
documentation skills. Bilingual staff may require successful
completion of a language competency exam prior to beginning
