Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join
acollaborative and patient-centered urology team in Rutland, VT.
This full-timerole offers the opportunity to practice at the top of
license within asupportive health system, delivering high-quality
urologic care to a diversepatient population. Requirements: -
Minimum of 2 years of NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant
experience in the specialty area beingsought - Master’s Degree in
Nursing(MSN) or graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant
program - Nurse Practitioner: Registeredwith the Vermont State
Education Department. Certified by the American NursesCredentialing
Center (ANCC) or equivalent certifying body - Physician Assistant:
Registeredwith the Vermont State Board of Medical Practice.
Certified by the NationalCommission on Certification of Physician
Assistants (NCCPA) - Unit-specific certificationsas required, which
may include ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and ENPC, per departmentalframework -
Completion of endorsedpatient/visitor de-escalation and restraint
program certification perdepartment guidelines - Strong clinical
judgment,communication skills, and a team-oriented approach to care
Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary range:$125,000 –
