lives of our patients. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing
care to patients based on individualized needs Participate in and
sometimes lead interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan
patient care Implement the latest evidence-based practices in
patient healthcare Mentor and train less experienced nursing staff,
fostering a collaborative learning environment Engage in continuous
professional development and stay updated with advancements in the
field Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory
requirements Assist in research and clinical trials, providing
expert care and data collection as needed Advanced clinical and
diagnostic skills Strong leadership and training abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage
multiple complex patient cases Proficient in using electronic
health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of New
York BLS/ACLS certification Specialty certification relevant to the
clinical area is preferred
