Job Description:
Albany Medical Center, a leading healthcare system integrating

dedicated Clinical Nurse III for our D5N unit. This position is
pivotal in delivering exceptional care and shaping the future of
healthcare through innovative practices and compassionate patient
engagement. Our ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for the

and patient outcomes. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
in a specific unit, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and
nursing standards. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary
teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Monitor
patient conditions continuously; report and manage changes
appropriately. Educate patients and their families on treatment and
recovery plans, ensuring thorough understanding and compliance.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely,
following all healthcare regulations. Maintain patient records with
meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality. Lead and mentor
junior nurses and support staff to ensure excellence in patient
care and professional development. Advanced skills in patient
assessment and care planning Proficiency in using medical software
for patient records and documentation Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor
Capability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
BLS/ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Certification in specialty area preferred (e.g., Critical Care
