Job Description About Well Behavioral Health: Well Behavioral
Health is an outpatient ecosystem for healing, offering therapy,
coaching and IOP treatment options under one roof. WBH offers a
variety of services tailored to meet unique needs and build into
clients' daily life with flexibility. Stand alone or combined
outpatient services include therapy, coaching, nutrition
counseling, and groups. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) options
include Eating Disorder treatment, Trauma, and a DBT adherent
program. About this role: We’re seeking thoughtful clinicians to
join our outpatient therapy team. This is a part-time
(fee-for-service) role is open to both associate-level therapists
working toward independent licensure and independently licensed
clinicians (LCSW, LMHC) who are passionate about high-quality,
trauma-informed care. This role is only open to NY-licensed
therapists. You’ll carry a consistent caseload, receive regular
supervision or consultation, and be supported in growing into a
clinical specialty that reflects your interests, strengths, and
long-term goals. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your
expertise in areas such as eating disorders, trauma and
dissociative disorders, OCD, and PTSD, while working within
modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ERP, and Somatic Experiencing. This
is a great fit for therapists who want to grow into a clinical
specialty with strong mentorship and infrastructure behind them.
The role is primarily telehealth, with hybrid options depending on
location and client needs. What You'll Do Provide individual
psychotherapy and coaching to a consistent outpatient caseload
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Attend regular
supervision (for associate clinicians) or clinical consultation
(for licensed clinicians) Participate in team case meetings,
trainings, and collaborative care planning Uphold ethical,
inclusive, and evidence-based clinical standards Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology,
or marriage and family therapy Active associate license or full
independent license (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LCSW, LPC) in New York and
willing to get licensed in other states Maintain 16-20 hours of
clinical availability; with at least two evenings available per
week Strong foundational training in psychotherapy and a desire to
grow into clinical specialization Comfort with telehealth platforms
and remote work Reliable internet connection and private,
professional work environment Pay Range $45-$65/session determined
by experience level and expertise
