Job Description First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Administrative Director for a travel nursing job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Administrative - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 32 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job ID: 64234 Position Type: Traveler Shift Type: Days Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Hours per Week: 32 hours On-Call: None Weekend / Holiday: As needed Role Overview Responsible for directing hospital operations during assigned hours, including oversight of inpatient units as well as all ancillary and support departments. Serves as a clinical and operational leader, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care while supporting staff and managing real-time operational challenges. Key Responsibilities - Direct daily hospital operations across inpatient, ancillary, and support departments. - Serve as a role model for clinical excellence and sound clinical judgment. - Make prompt, high-quality decisions in fast-paced clinical environments. - Support staff through change with demonstrated energy and engagement. - Apply policies and contractual requirements fairly and consistently. - Manage multiple high-intensity situations calmly and effectively. - Demonstrate dependability, strong work ethic, and leadership that motivates others. Submission Requirements - Minimum 1–2 years of successful leadership experience (strongly preferred). - Experience with conflict resolution (preferred). - Demonstrated working knowledge of acute care medical center operations, including emergency/trauma and critical care. - Working knowledge of staffing systems (preferred). - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – required. - Must be a Registered Nurse (RN). - Documented evidence of continuing education and professional growth. - Traveler must have their own vehicle. - Traveler’s permanent address must be included in the profile. - All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront. ??
