Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours (13:00 - 22:30) Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: NH License Required Certifications: ARRT Required Must-Have: Must have EPIC experience. Locals accepted; rate reduction for travelers that reside within 50 miles of the facility. Unit accepts first-time travelers. Description: Daily caseload is between 30 to 40 patients. Two MRI rooms are available. The position requires availability for every other weekend. No call or float requirements are needed. Skills required include proficiency in Phillips imaging technology and familiarity with systems such as EPIC and McKesson. Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings, including emergency room work and adult ICU, is necessary. Must be capable of IV starts. Knowledge of various imaging techniques such as CINE, Diffusion, and Gradient Echo Imaging is expected. Experience with multiple patient diagnoses is required, including general MRI studies on diverse demographics. Successful candidates will manage imaging for various regions, including extremities, abdomen, pelvis, head, chest, and musculoskeletal areas. Image post-processing skills, including Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) and Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP), are essential. Experience with legacy implants is a plus. All allied travelers must have a valid state license. COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required, with medical or religious exemptions allowed. Background checks will be conducted for any license or background hits, which need approval before the offer.
