NeighborHealth is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health team. This role offers a dynamic mix of direct patient care, consultation, supervision, and teaching in both in-person and telehealth settings. The Psychiatrist will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage psychopharmacological treatment, and collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health providers to deliver integrated care. The position includes responsibilities in our 24/7 Behavioral Health Urgent Care Service (BHUCS), where the Psychiatrist provides emergency psychiatric evaluations and crisis intervention in a fast-paced, team-based environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about serving diverse populations. The role includes opportunities for administrative leadership, supervision of PMHNP residents, and participation in innovative care models. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong diagnostic skills, clinical judgment, and a commitment to evidence-based treatment. Experience with substance use treatment, geriatric psychiatry, and emergency psychiatry is a plus.NeighborHealth is a designated NHSC site, making this position eligible for loan repayment programs.
