Job Description:
Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $5,000
sign-on bonus (FT).
Provides direct speech therapy rehab care based on physician
referrals, adhering to legal and facility standards.
Requires an MS or MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification or
eligibility for CFY, and active state licensure.
Preferred one year of post-acute care experience; CPR certification
needed upon hire.
Responsibilities include setting patient goals, charting,
collaborating with teams, and supervising CFYs (for CCCs).
Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, good judgment,
and excellent communication skills.
Physical ability to perform job duties and participate in community
health initiatives is essential.
Adheres to policies, maintains professional relationships, and
provides high-quality patient care.
