Join our team as a Unit Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional healthcare within our nursing unit. Reporting to the Director of Nursing Services, you'll drive high-quality care, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily unit operations, including staffing, budget management, and resource allocation to ensure optimal nursing coverage and efficiency.- Team Leadership: Recruit mentor, and empower nursing staff to deliver compassionate care and achieve clinical excellence. Conducting performance evaluations and implementing improvement plans to foster professional growth and enhance patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Organize and supervise patient care, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.
