Are you ready to go beyond?The Digital Technology Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for executing projects within the DT Supply Chain team and will interface with business leaders in the Supply Chain and Materials Management organizations.This individual will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing and implementation of DT projects that support our core procurement process. Leveraging a strong technical background to troubleshoot complex issues and make recommendations for strategic changes to our current solutions with a Fit-to-Standard approach to the implementation which align with our upcoming S4 implementation approach.This position will require collaboration with a cross functional DT team to develop and execute DT solutions.Responsibilities include:Develop and provide input into strategic business roadmaps.Provide technical and functional expertise to ensure solutions meet business objectives, are reliable and scalable.Align resources with project schedules to meet business requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.Drive successful implementation of projects to achieve proposed benefits by utilizing organizational change management skills.Drive innovation and act as a change agent.Lead continuous improvement activities to improve application performance, quality and reliability.Ensure production applications meet agreed upon service level expectations.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical field with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.US Citizenship required.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree.5+ years of experience with SAP MM-PUR modules of ECC.Strong technical experience working in a complex SAP landscape.Prior experience as an ABAP developer or debugging.Experience with SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SNC) .Experience with SAP S4 and FIORI.Experience with SAP Ariba Buying & SLP.Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts.Experience working in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.Results oriented with intense focus on success and achievement despite obstacles both within and outside of direct control.Strong business aptitude - ability to learn, understand and interpret business processes; ability to act in partnership with the business and be recognized as a valued contributor to business results.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work laterally and engage to achieve success.Demonstrated proficiency with software lifecycle development processesIndividual needs to be self-driven and proactive on assignments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to conduct presentations to large organizations, as well as to executive and upper management teams.What is my role type?Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.
